Our commitment and approach to maintaining an accessible website
Gadsby Wicks is committed to reaching “Level AA” conformance to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, to comply with the National Disability Authority’s Code of Practice on Accessibility of Public Services and Information Provided by Public Bodies.
We are continually making improvements to meet these guidelines and our website has been designed with the following accessibility guidelines in mind.
- Text can be increased or decreased in size by using the “view” option in your browser.
- Page structure is conveyed using header elements.
- Images that convey important information have alternative text. Where an image is used for a decorative purpose the alternative text will be left blank.
- No information is exclusively conveyed using colour.
