What are your responsibilities at Gadsby Wicks?
As a Paralegal at Gadsby Wicks, I support clients throughout their case by helping to gather medical records, drafting important documents, and keeping them updated on progress. I work closely with our solicitors to ensure each case is managed efficiently and that claimants receive the support and guidance they need during what can be a difficult time.
What qualities help make you an effective paralegal?
I am highly organised and manage my time effectively, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. I work proactively and independently but am always willing to ask questions and collaborate when needed. My problem-solving skills allow me to approach challenges with a practical mindset, helping to support both clients and colleagues throughout the legal process.
